Once our proposals and plans have been approved, we move to the implementation phase. It is at this point, we monitor and controll the time, quality and cost, coordinate quantities and dates for both collection and delivery, ensuring the most efficient information communication, and the right goods reach their consignee at the right time in reasonable cost. For some particular fields of oil, gas, power and petrochemicals, such as the heavy and oversized equipment and total project cargo, we pay much more attention and effort on the risk management and the integrated change control management. |

We organize the transport from where client takes title of the goods for transport purposes, until arrival of the materials at their applicable destinations, ex-works to delivered job site, to get the confirmation that the project cargo have been well met all requirements of our customers, also the project record and lessons learned will be docmented as part of the historical database for future projects use. |
