Dolphin Logistics Group is honored to participate in the inaugural “Internship with Dong Zong – NTU Elite Program” industry-academia collaboration project of the National Taiwan University (NTU) College of Innovation and Design D-School.

This program brought together 19 companies, offering 30 Dong Zong-level internship opportunities. It attracted 186 students and received 466 resumes, resulting in a final acceptance rate of only 6%, making the competition extremely fierce. Through rigorous selection, outstanding students were able to enter the core of companies, observe decision-making processes firsthand, participate in practical projects, and embark on an in-depth learning journey closely aligned with industry trends.

NTU President Chen Wen-chang stated at the launch ceremony that this program provides students with a rare opportunity to learn directly from business leaders. NTU cultivates not only professional skills but also emphasizes the development of future leaders, including execution ability, international perspective, altruism, leadership, and resilience in the face of setbacks – all crucial qualities for achieving excellence.

Dean Chen Chung-jen of the College of Innovation and Design at National Taiwan University also shared that the "Internship with Dong Zong" program aims to help students step out of the campus and directly experience industry decision-making. Through a real-world industry environment, it cultivates forward-looking vision and macro-level thinking, while also promoting talent exchange between academia and industry, leveraging the positive impact of industry-academia collaboration and corporate participation in education.

Dolphin recruited outstanding interns through this program to join its team, participating in actual business operations, gaining in-depth exposure to international logistics industry operation models and global supply chain practices, accumulating professional experience in a real-world setting, and broadening their career horizons.

Meantai Chairman Kevin was also invited to participate in a special lecture at the National Taiwan University Elite Program, sharing his insights on business management, industry trends, and the key role of the logistics industry in the global supply chain with NTU students. Through face-to-face exchanges, he hopes to bring a broader industry perspective to the younger generation, inspiring future leaders to develop a higher level of thinking and a broader vision.

Dolphin firmly believes that talent development is a crucial cornerstone for the sustainable development of enterprises. Participating in academia to promote industry-academia collaboration and accompanying the growth and transformation of the new generation of talent is also an important commitment to fulfilling corporate social responsibility.

In the future, Dolphin Logistics Group will continue to invest in industry-academia collaboration, working hand in hand with academia to cultivate more outstanding talents, inject new momentum into the industry, and connect to a longer-term future.
