• [Dolphin Logistics Group × Hualien Disaster Relief Operation]

Walking into Guangfu Township, Hualien, what greeted us was a blanket of mud and sand, and untidy furniture.

Although the streets were chaotic, the warmth of community was palpable. Strangers, even strangers, helped each other, working together to piece their homes back together, piece by piece.

Our colleagues shoveled and carried supplies, their hands and feet aching from sweat and muddy water, yet no one complained of fatigue.

Because someone offered water, someone else took the responsibility.

Because when the supplies were delivered to the residents,

the relief and smiles in their eyes instantly dispelled any fatigue.

At the Xiangcaochang Village and Guangfu Commercial and Industrial Park, every time we handed water and supplies to the elders,

we were met with a thank you and a heartfelt smile.

That moment was more precious than any reward.

Our colleagues said this operation wasn't about "giving," but about "being needed"—and that feeling made all the hard work worthwhile. What we shoveled away wasn't just the thick mud and sand; it allowed hope to resurface. What we accomplished shoulder to shoulder wasn't just the cleanup; it was the strength of one another.

This process reminds us to cherish the ordinary everyday. It also teaches us that companies can not only demonstrate their expertise in the workplace, but also transform that expertise into warm actions in times of social need.

This disaster relief effort left behind not exhaustion, but hearts inspired and touched.

Perhaps this is the true meaning of responsibility and sustainability—contributing our efforts where needed, to keep love and strength alive.
