In the world of logistics, we pursue efficiency and accuracy, but this time, Dolphin is returning its focus to the core—"the leader himself."
The Resilient Leadership Workshop (RLW), after six months of preparation, involved constant refocusing and adjustments, all for one clear goal: to create a learning experience for managers that is both in-depth and engaging.
This is a training program specifically designed for leaders who bear the responsibility of leadership and decision-making, unfolding step-by-step across three levels: "Seeing Yourself → Building Connections → Taking Initiative."
※Seeing Yourself|From Reaction to Choice
In a fast-paced decision-making environment, we often rely on experience and intuition to respond quickly. However, when we begin to recognize our habitual patterns under pressure, decision-making ceases to be a reflexive action and transforms into a conscious choice; simultaneously, we begin to understand how "our relationship with ourselves" profoundly impacts team leadership.
※Building Connections|From Efficiency to Trust
When a team is reduced to tasks and instructions, efficiency can actually create distance and drain. In this course, we started with "empathy," relearning how to build genuine connections with people, and extending this to "appreciation." As the dialogue shifts, the team's collaborative atmosphere and foundation of trust also change.
※ Proactive Taking Responsibility | From Role to Accountability
When leaders let go of their defensive mindset of "avoiding mistakes" and instead choose "willingness to take responsibility," responsibility is no longer just an external requirement, but an internal, proactive choice.
In this training, we witnessed a key shift:
"When people begin to stabilize, the team will flow; when relationships are established, efficiency will naturally occur." For Dolphin, logistics is not just about ensuring goods arrive smoothly, but also about ensuring the team continues to move forward steadily amidst change. The Resilient Leadership Workshop (RLW) is not just a training session, but also a reflection of our long-term emphasis on "people."
